Day 4: Shifting Perspective - How to focus on the good, elevate your mood and bring you to new creative solutions.
Day 5: Embodiment - Learn to connect with your true self and embody the version of yourself that you want to be.
Day 6: Setting Intention - Connect with yourself, and discover what your intention for 2021 will be.
Day 7: Create your vision board - Imagine exactly what your dream life will look like and create a vision board to inspire and motivate you throughout the year.
