My group fitness journey began in 2011, shortly after retiring from decades as a dance instructor. A self-professed high intensity cardio queen, I slowly came to appreciate the practice of Yoga a few years later as my body began to deteriorate.
In addition to Yoga, my training spans multiple genres including group fitness, personal training, and health and wellness coaching. I am a "Jill" of many trades and additionally am an avid bicyclist, a philanthropic, and serve as a judge and director for regional and national dance competitions!
All in all, I am a highly energetic teacher, with a passion for wellness, community, and serving others!
This class will explore poses and flows incorporating the strap and also without. The strap gives you leverage against gravity to assist you in difficult yoga poses while also working the strength and flexibility you need to achieve the poses in your regular practice.

P90X Live! is a total body, cardio and strength training class that uses body weight and dumbbells to build a strong, fit body and confident mind.
This is a results-driven program, it utilizes the latest techniques to target balance, core strength, athletic ability and functional movement in everyday life. This class will increase your balance, core strength, athletic ability, and functional movement for everyday life.
