My group fitness journey began in 2011, shortly after retiring from decades as a dance instructor. A self-professed high intensity cardio queen, I slowly came to appreciate the practice of Yoga a few years later as my body began to deteriorate.

 

In addition to Yoga, my training spans multiple genres including group fitness, personal training, and health and wellness coaching. I am a "Jill" of many trades and additionally am an avid bicyclist, a philanthropic, and serve as a judge and director for regional and national dance competitions!

 

All in all, I am a highly energetic teacher, with a passion for wellness, community, and serving others!

Angie's Classes

TRX Yoga

45 minutes

TRX Yoga suspension training makes any pose more accessible by eliminating any fear of falling, boosting essential core strength and guiding you toward optimal alignment.

 

This class will explore poses and flows incorporating the strap and also without. The strap gives you leverage against gravity to assist you in difficult yoga poses while also working the strength and flexibility you need to achieve the poses in your regular practice.

 

Required equipment: TRX Suspension Trainer, Mat

Balance and Restore

1 hour

A challenging yet revitalizing class to bring strength, balance, and relaxation to the mind, body, and soul!
 
We begin with our focus on a gentle flow to warm our bodies then explore poses for balance and strength followed by restorative poses to bring rest back to our bodies and minds.
 
It will bring strength, balance, and relaxation to the mind, body, and soul!
 
Equipment strongly suggested: Mat, Blocks, Bolsters or pillows

Insanity Live!

45 minutes

Insanity Live! offers total-body conditioning, complete with high intensity cardio moves for anaerobic endurance, plyometrics for power, bodyweight strength moves, agility drills, and a focus on core strength. Modifications offered to include all ability levels.

 

This class helps you build anaerobic endurance, upper and lower body strength, core strength, speed and agility.

P90X Live!

45 minutes

P90X Live! is a total body, cardio and strength training class that uses body weight and dumbbells to build a strong, fit body and confident mind.

 

This is a results-driven program, it utilizes the latest techniques to target balance, core strength, athletic ability and functional movement in everyday life. This class will increase your balance, core strength, athletic ability, and functional movement for everyday life.

1:1 Personal Training

30 minutes

1:1 personal training allows you to set specific goals and plans, such as flexibility, strength, endurance, working through injury, etc. I will help you reach your personal best according to your fitness goals.
 
Each session will be structured according to your needs. Equipment needed will vary depending on the session.

 

Private Yoga

45 minutes

Private sessions give you the ability to focus on personal self care, goals, and healing that serve you best in your practice and mind, body, soul journey!
 
Private lessons allow you to set specific goals and plans, such as flexibility, strength, meditation. stress relief, trauma, working through injury, etc.
 
Sessions can include Vinyasa flow, Gentle, Chair, Restorative, TRX Yoga.

Small Group Personal Training (4 – 6 people)

30 minutes

Small group personal training allows you to set specific goals while enjoying the accountability and camaraderie of working out with friends and co-workers! This is a fun way to reach your fitness goals!
 
Each session will be structured according to your group’s needs. Equipment needed will vary depending on the session.
