"As I went deeper in the practice of yoga and meditation, I began to appreciate the simplicity of things. I realized we need less to be happy and to live in abundance."

I was born in Madrid where I graduated from university and started to work as a journalist in the city. However, one day I decided to abandon my city life and travel to Bali and follow my dreams.

 

While living in Bali I changed my way of living and seeing the world as I went deeper in the practice of yoga and meditation. It made me appreciate the simplicity of things. I realized we need less to be happy and to live in abundance. After years of practice I have learned how beneficial yoga is daily life and how important is to listen to our bodies.

Esther's Classes

Stretch & Flow

45 minute

Stretching & Flow is a low intensity class where flexibility and stretching movements are implicated. It is perfect to release the tension in our bodies and ease sore muscles.

 

It is a good practice to connect with yourself as the slow rhythm allows you to focus on your mind and body.

 

 

Power Flow

45 minute Vinyasa yoga

Power Flow is a dynamic and challenging fitness based class that gets your blood pumping, increases strength, makes you sweat and challenges you!

 

This class helps you to gain strength in the different parts of your body, making it perfect if you are looking to loose weight and work out while doing yoga and connecting with your breath and mind.

Balance Flow

45 minute

Balance Flow is a practice focused on the balance of our body through a flow of different asanas and poses.

 

The main objective of this class is to improve your balance while we get stronger through the poses. It is a good practice to connect with yourself, observe where your body limits, and discover your gravity centre.
