My aim is to empower my students by helping them build a safe & confident practice and enhancing their mind-body connection. I have also completed a trauma-informed yoga training, should any of my students have mental health issues / PTSD.


Originally from France, I have been living in London for the past 4 years. As well as a new country, I discovered something that changed my life – my yoga practice. Anxiety and panic disorder are the reason why I walked in into my first yoga class. I didn’t yet realise that while opening my body I would also open and quiet my busy and loud mind. Yoga became a way of life for me and it was natural for me to complete my teacher training in order to share it.

 

Initially trained in Vinyasa & Ashtanga, I am also a Functional Training specialist (FRC certified provider). My classes are focused on breath & mobility as well as increasing overall flexibility. I promotes joint health & longevity in order to open the body safely.

Strong & Mobile Spine

30 minutes

This class is slow paced although challenging as it offers detailed spine exercises to increase range of motion & flexibility. Understand how to use your breath to deepen opening but also the difference between passive & active for a safe practice!

Lower back pain and upper back stress are some of the most common health complaints of adults. The best way to avoid backaches is to take care of your spine on a daily basis. Slow paced, all levels welcome.

Mind-body Reset

60 minutes

Recharge.
 
Improve both mobility & flexibility and learn to deepen body opening with your breath. Gladys will also guide you through specific breathing exercises and a short meditation to calm your nervous system, boost immunity & improve focus.
 
This class will help you release stress, reduce aches & pains, and improve range of motion.

Hip & Hamstring Openers

60 minutes

This class is slow paced although challenging as it offers detailed hip mobility exercises to increase range of motion & strength as well as efficient hamstrings openers. Understand how to use your breath to deepen opening but also the difference between passive & active.
 
This class offers hip mobility exercises to keep this powerful joint loose and mobile as well as efficient hamstrings openers. Gladys will provide you with key elements for a safe home practice. All levels welcome.
