My aim is to empower my students by helping them build a safe & confident practice and enhancing their mind-body connection. I have also completed a trauma-informed yoga training, should any of my students have mental health issues / PTSD.
Originally from France, I have been living in London for the past 4 years. As well as a new country, I discovered something that changed my life – my yoga practice. Anxiety and panic disorder are the reason why I walked in into my first yoga class. I didn’t yet realise that while opening my body I would also open and quiet my busy and loud mind. Yoga became a way of life for me and it was natural for me to complete my teacher training in order to share it.
Initially trained in Vinyasa & Ashtanga, I am also a Functional Training specialist (FRC certified provider). My classes are focused on breath & mobility as well as increasing overall flexibility. I promotes joint health & longevity in order to open the body safely.
