In India, many grow up in an environment of Yoga. I come from a similar family where Yoga is flowing through last four generations and I have practically seen my grandparents ageing gracefully with a disease free body and harmonious mind. This foundation motivated me to take my learning to next level in various Ashrams in North and South India.
After completing my 500 Hours Teacher Certification, I am actively involved in promoting wellness through Yoga for a skillful and productive life with Health, Contentment and Peace. Since last eight years, I have travelled across twenty five countries and conducted retreats, corporate wellness sessions involving Yoga and Ayurveda.
